What is the processing time for ready to ship items?

Our processing time is listed in the item description of each pin listing. If the item is ready to ship, it will be packaged and shipped within 7-10 business days. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Why has my package not been shipped yet? 

If your order has not been shipped yet, it is most likely because your order contains a "Pre-order" item and it has yet to arrive from our manufacturer.

If your order consists of pins in stock and Pre-order, we will ship your order all at once.If you would like to receive your ready to ship items sooner, please place a separate order for them.

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order is the purchase of an item before it has been produced by the manufacturer. Pre-order pins can take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive in our hands.

When will I know when my package has been shipped?

The moment we generate your shipping label, you will receive an email with tracking info.


Your item goes straight into production within the first 2 hours you place your order and shipped directly from our manufacture. Your order will ship within 10 business days from the date of purchase. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days to receive your order if ordering within the United States, and an additional 5-10 business days to receive your order if ordering outside of the United States. We ask that you review your order carefully to ensure you receive the correct size/color as once the shirt is put in to production we have a very limited time to change details of your order.

How do your items fit?

In the description of each of our shirts we have conveniently placed the sizing chart for each design to make it as easy as possible to know which size works best for you. We ask that you ensure that you pick the appropriate size for yourself as we do not accept returns/exchanges. 

Can I cancel my order?
We don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please review your order (size/color) before checking out to ensure your order is properly placed. Please contact us, if you have any problems with your order.
